Mississippi Valley Paranormal
is a non-profit organization, however members are expected to pay
dues of $5.00 a month, due on the first meeting of the month. The
dues will only be used for the purchase of equipment by the group,
and meeting room fees if applicable. All equipment purchases will be
voted on by the group as a whole. If any member wishes to purchase
their own equipment, they are more than welcome to do so. If you
need guidance in purchasing equipment, please contact Bryce.
During the year, Mississippi Valley Paranormal will be hosting
several overnight and possibly multi-day investigations. Members ARE
NOT required to attend these investigations. Any travel expenses and
fees are the responsibility of each individual member. The dues will
not be used for these excursions.
All money collected by Mississippi Valley Paranormal during the year
will be held in a group account until such time as the members
decide to purchase equipment. The treasurer will be responsible for
the management of the account and the release of funds. A
treasurer's report will be presented at every meeting.
Anyone who falls two months behind in dues will face expulsion from
the group.
We will also be selling t-shirts, hats and possibly jackets to group
members and the public. Each member is responsible for purchasing
their own team apparel and they will be offered at cost. Any profits
from hats, t-shirts, and other items offered to the public will be
added to the team account.
